Mukhya Manav Adhikar Foundation was established on 26 th of August , 2021. Mukhya Manav Adhikar Foundation is an embodiment of India’s concern for the promotion and protection of human rights. At "Mukhya Manav Adhikar Foundation", we are dedicated to defend and promote the fundamental rights of all individuals, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or background. Founded on the belief that human dignity and equality are non-negotiable, our mission is to advocate for justice, equality, and freedom for those whose voices are often unheard or marginalized.

Our work spans a broad range of issues, including:

Civil Rights Advocacy: We fight against discrimination and work to ensure that all individuals have equal access to opportunities, justice, and freedom.

Women's and Children's Rights: We empower women and protect vulnerable children from abuse, exploitation, and trafficking.

LGBTQ+ Rights: We strive to create a world where people of all sexual orientations and gender identities are accepted and respected without fear of persecution.

Access to Education and Healthcare: We support initiatives that provide access to quality education and healthcare for marginalized communities.

Environmental Justice: We recognize the intersection of human rights and environmental justice, advocating for policies that protect communities from environmental harm.

To promote National Integration, Communal Harmony, Universal Brotherhood and Global Peace.
To work against Cyber Crime and to make investigation about the crime (Cyber Crime).
To promote and advocate Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom for all without any discrimination of race, religion, caste, color, sex and language.
To protest and fight against the injustice or corruption against people.
To work with special concentration for the Child & Women Welfare and Anti Trafficking.
To work against the exploitation of Animals & Birds and make sincere efforts to protect them.
To aware people about various social issues to fight against evils.
To provide any kind of Private Detective Services.

Our Mission & Vision

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination.

Shree Sourav Mukherjee, the founder and Chairman of Mukhya Manav Adhikar Foundation is also a social worker whose main aim is to protect and preserve the basic rights of people. He has been serving the distressed and deprived people of India by providing them legal help and support. Working against corruption, bribing, lawlessness is his prime aim. He has helped thousands of people get the housing scheme from Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana. To create and promote employment is one of his goals. Thousands of volunteers have been working with him to fulfil his aim of helping the Mankind.
